The next steps

On the day you sign your contract, please bring with you:

1. Completed personnel forms (these were sent to you in advance electronically or via post)

2. Items requested on the personnel checklist, including items above

Please note that certificates (e.g. birth or marriage certificates) must be either international certificates (English/French/German) or a certified translation into German. Please see the Internet for certified translators from your language into German.

The Personnel Department keeps copies of all documents and certificates. They must, however, see the originals. Please, therefore, bring originals to the contract signing.

Visit the NeuroCure Office

Please visit our office sometime during your first day on campus to introduce yourself and get help with any formal questions that may still be open. If possible, please let us know in advance when you plan to come by.
